WELCOME TO COLLINS BOTIUK
Collins Botiuk is a specialist dispute resolution practice. We are:
- Focused exclusively on dispute resolution
- Nimble and free from ‘big firm’ conflicts
We act in litigation and arbitration across a range of commercial matters.
We are committed to the rule of law and the principle that everyone is entitled to effective representation.
We represent a broad client base from FTSE-listed companies to private individuals, under a variety of flexible fee arrangements. We are not constrained by large firm billing structures.

Who we are
Collins Botiuk was founded in 2025 by James Collins and Yuri Botiuk who between them have over 43 years of litigation/arbitration experience (and counting!). This experience was gained at (amongst others) Herbert Smith, Debevoise & Plimpton, Dechert LLP, Reid Minty, McGrigors, Pinsent Masons and CANDEY.
