William Stewart-Parker

COUNSEL / SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Will is an experienced, client focused litigator with a broad practice spanning chancery and commercial advice, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He has assisted a range of clients from private individuals to multinational corporations across all levels of the courts and tribunals of England & Wales, in arbitration proceedings, and in litigation in the British Virgin Islands.

He has particular interest in the automotive sector, having spent nine months on secondment as in-house counsel at the Nissan Technical Centre Europe, and has advised both manufacturers and suppliers on parts supply and purchasing disputes.

Will is a former pupil and tenant of Atlantic Chambers and subsequently spent over six years as an in-house barrister at the international disputes boutique CANDEY. He joined Collins Botiuk in October 2025. He is called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn, March 2016) and to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands (February 2025).

Before entering the legal profession, Will earned a First in History and the Associateship of King’s College London, followed by a Distinction in his Master’s in Medieval History. He completed a PhD in Medieval History and taught at King’s College London, including leading seminars on the origins of the English common law. He later undertook the GDL and BPTC at the University of Law, London, receiving the University’s Prize for the highest mark in Dispute Resolution. He was awarded the Lord Denning Scholarship and Hardwicke Entrance Award by Lincoln’s Inn.
