Saujanya Vinayy

Paralegal

Saujanya is a dedicated legal professional completing the Bar Training Course at BPP University, after which she will be called to the Bar of England and Wales at Inner Temple. Prior to that, she completed her Law (LLB) from Durham University, during which she was awarded the Hefin Rees KC Prize for attaining the second highest rank in Media Law.

Saujanya has internship experiences in litigation and dispute resolution in the UK, India and the UAE’s Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). With a strong passion for advocacy, she brings a multi-faceted perspective to the legal field.

As an avid mooter, Saujanya has participated in numerous Mooting Competitions including representing Durham University at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2024 and The Honourable Society of Inner Temple at the 32nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2025 in Vienna. She was awarded Best Speaker for Durham University’s Law and Global Justice at Durham x Justice Society x Amnesty Society Debate Competition in 2022 and was the winner of the Inner x Middle Temple Debate Competition in 2025. 

She is fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi.
